Morning Brew at 43.12 Cafe ☕

This morning, my wife and I decided to beat the mid-day heat with an early stroll to 43.12 Cafe. Setting out from our Chaika apartment, we enjoyed a 40-minute walk, passing through the leafySportna Zala neighborhood, alongside VINS University, and meandering down the pedestrian-only Knyaz Boris street.

Tucked away on a cobblestone lane in the historic Greek quarter, this cafe boasts some of the finest coffee in town. I’m a fan of their flat white – it’s rich, velvety, flavorful, and delivers just the right kick. The cafe’s interiors are a blend of style and comfort, with soaring ceilings and ample seating on the second floor. It’s also a cozy nook for those looking to dive into some laptop work.

With two alfresco seating areas – a quaint one upfront and a larger, shaded one at the back – it’s perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. The service? Top-notch. The food? Delectable. And the ambiance? Truly unique. While we frequented it more when we resided in the Greek district, our visits from Chaika now make it all the more special. Oh, and for those closer to Knyaz Boris, they’ve recently inaugurated a new branch there. Cheers to more coffee mornings! ☀️🚶‍♂️🍵
