During the recent weekend, we embarked on a delightful three-night journey to explore Sozopol and Primorsko. The temperature remained comfortably in the high 20s, and with most tourists having bid adieu, we reveled in the serene beauty of the beaches and towns in this Bulgarian region.
Our chosen abode was a charming family hotel with a captivating view of Primorsko North Beach. I highly recommend opting for the sea-view rooms; there’s something truly special about drifting off to sleep and waking up to the soothing melody of ocean waves.
As the tourist season neared its end, some eateries had shuttered for the season. Nonetheless, we stumbled upon a few year-round treasures, and one that stood out was Euphoria Coffee. This gem treated us to excellent java and delectable cakes. Our mornings were complete with a cup of coffee and a slice of heavenly chocolate cake.
Covering a distance of approximately 2.5 hours from Varna, Primorsko is an ideal destination for an overnight trip, especially during the quieter post-tourist season.
